Siamo a Castiglione Falletto, nella Langa albese. Più precisamente sulla collina Bricco Boschis dove si incontrano due diverse formazioni geologiche: il Langhiano e il Tortoriano. Il mix fra la marna calcarea più antica e le venature di sabbia più giovani permette un ideale passaggio dell?acqua attraverso il terreno, creando vini molto equilibrati, dai profumi complessi. Una caratteristica unica nella zona del Barolo, che è l?identità peculiare dei vini della Tenuta Cavallotto.
