CANTINA: Raccolta in piccole ceste forate, immediata diraspatura, pigiatura, macerazione con le bucce per 10/12 giorni a una temperatura massima di 28°/30°, fermentazione malolattica completa prima dellinverno. Affinamento in botti di rovere di Slavonia per 12 mesi circa. Imbottigliamento senza filtrazione.
DEGUSTAZIONE: Colore rosso granato. Naso complesso con aromi di prugna, spazie, bacche rosse, rosa appassita e violetta. In bocca è di gusto franco, saporito, con tannini importanti ben integrati nella struttura del vino. Buona lunghezza e persistenza con finale di frutta e di spezie. Necessita di qualche anno in bottiglia per una complessità fuori dal comune. Vino importante da tutto pasto, trova la sua migliore collocazione con le paste al sugo di carne e con i secondi piatti sempre di carne. Temperatura di servizio 15 - 17°C in un calice piuttosto ampio per esprimere il volume del vino.

Vergoren wird der Wein in Stahltanks, danach teils in Fässern aus slawonischer und teils in Fässern aus französischer Eiche ausgebaut. Mittleres Rubin, schöner Glanz. Die Nase präsentiert sich direkt nach dem Öffnen jugendlich und frisch, Rosen, Veilchen, Dörrpflaumen, eingelegte, schwarze Kirschen, Hagebutten, darüber Schwarztee, sehr schöne Komplexität, verändert sich im Laufe des Abends, wird duftiger, dichter und intensiver.
