Descrizione del prodotto

Rosso rubino scintillante, aroma delizioso e fruttato, morbido e lieve al palato, marcata nota di ciliegia, con un tocco di tannino, secco sul finire. Un vino leggermente strutturato, attraente e molto carismatico.

Vitigno: 95% Schiava + 5% Lagrein

Terreno: Rencio, dintorni di Bolzano, altitudine: 270 - 280 m

Coltivazione: a pergola

Vinificazione: diraspatura e successiva fermentazione con vinacce a temperatura controllata in accaio per 10 giorni. Correzione biologica dell'acidità e maturazione in botti di legno di grandi dimensioni.
