Grazioso, con frutto pronunciato di Pinot e pienezza vellutata, buona struttura e tannino decente in sottofondo, questa "opera divina" ci cattura tramite il tipico charme del trentino ed un prolungamento soprendente alla fine.
Il Blauburgunder matura dopo fermentazione di un anno in Barriques di rovere francese nuovi od usati. Con le buccie rimanenti verrá poi prodotta la "Grappa Mazzon" in una delle piú conosciute e rinomate distillerie italiane.
