"Disarmante nel profilo sensoriale ricercato ed estremamente complesso che vede l'alternarsi delle note dal carattere "black" che ricordano le prugne nere, le more, le foglie di tè nero ed il pepe. C'è di più nella scena secondaria di un profilo stratificato che mette in mostra la natura mediterranea della maggiorana e del peperone verde tipico del varietale presente nel blend. Una crema avvolgente al palato grazie ad i tannini di qualità eccelsa polimerizzati perfettamente in vigna ed un finale iconico simbolo del bello. Meglio dal 2021."
