Very nice palate, it has a good density, good weight, with very powdery tannins, finely integrated. It's a wine already with a certain stage of maturity; beyond that primary fruit, it's offering those juicy red berries, grainy tannin, mild spiciness, well-integrated wood. It's more of a traditional style, well made, with a quite silky texture on the finish. Long finish - very long finish actually. Very coherent, with that sweet fruit, those mild spices all along. A wine with good character and style, and complexity."

Good grip on the palate. It is a medium weight, but both tannin and acidity feels quite elevated. There are some spicy notes emerging on the palate, some dried spices, leather. A little hint of oak as well. Slight touch of vanilla. Medium towards long finish. It feels like a wine that is approaching maturity. It is not very old but it has gotten some more nuance and layers some ageing. Just a hint of dryness on the finish in terms of tannin. But it should continue to develop over the few coming years."
