War das ein Genuss, aber liber hätten wir diesen tollen Schinken auf unserem Campingplatz in Sexten gegessen. Aber es war eine schöne Sache, wenigstens Südtiroler Spezialitäten im Wohnwagen zu Hause zu essen. DANKE, das das möglich ist.

Innanzi tutto la consegna, il prosciutto è arrivato in tempi brevi e abbastanza refrigerato.
Per quanto riguarda la qualità, tutta la famiglia lo ha trovato di ottimo livello, buoni il profumo e il sapore.
Consiglierei di valutare anche pezzature da 1KG, lo troverei più comodo da tagliare.

Intanto, complimenti per l\'imballo con ghiaccio, il prodotto mi è arrivato ancora ben freddo, nonostante il viaggio, di circa 450 km !
Il proscitto al ginepro è durato troppo poco......
molto gustoso e morbido, un sapore davvero difficile da ritrovare in altri prodotti simili

Hallo Herr Summerer,
der Schinken war - wir von mir erwartet - absolute Spitzenklasse. Dier Sendung kam zeitlich genau wie von Ihnen bestätigt.
Ich mache noch heute Werbung für diesen Schinken - wir hatten ihn zu einem Spargelessen mit rd. 60 Gästen benötigt - auch da war die Reaktion auf den Schinken ausschließlich positiv.
Eine ganze Kleinigkeit öchte ich aber noch anmerken: Ich hatte ja bereits vorher von Ihnen ein 500gr. Stück bekommen - die geschnittene Variante wurde con allen \"Testessern\" noch besser bewertet.
Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für den tollen Service und den tollen Schinken.
