This vivid aromatic spectrum is replicated on the slender palate where the foam bubbles up to reinforce that sense of weightless freshness. But deeper down the wine is anchored in depth, with subtle yeast and chalkiness sending their balancing, cool smoothness to unite with that lemony verve. That luminous lemon core leaves a lasting impression on the palate. Purity, slenderness and elegance are its hallmarks. Lovely now this wine will age with grace. Drink 2017-2025."

There is an undertow of lemon oil and lasting length. There is something generous and rounded about this wine that does not stem from dosage. Intriguing, wonderfully dry, grown-up and totally lasting. This is still taut and will gain from bottle age."
