Das Rabanser-Schüttelbrot ist mit das Beste, was man nicht nur in Südtirol vor Ort, sondern auch online beziehen kann.
Leider ist hier nur die Mini-Variante mit 155 gr. und nicht die große Variante erhältlich.
Es wäre prima, wenn man auch die 350 gr. Variante bestellen könnte.

Ein Stück Südtirol nach Hause geholt. Zu einem Glas Südtiroler Rotwein und einem würzigen Speck gereicht. Schmeckt bestens wie immer, besonders dann, wenn man das Brot in kleine Stücke bricht, mit einem Schluck Rotwein im Mund behält und langsam kaut, damit sich alle Geschmacksknospen öffnen: ein Genuss!

Handgeschüttelt\' Kreation - verwöhnter Gaumen merkt dann schon,
daß durch manch Kräutlein und Gewürz - Backtradition in weißer Schürz\',
hier Hochgenuß gar wird erschaffen - mit Bier und Wein sind diese \"Waffen\"
als Wohltat für das Corpus fein - d\'rum lad\' sie immer wieder ein. :-)

Das Rabanser Schüttelbrot hatten wir erstmalig vor vielen, vielen Jahren in Cortina erstanden und suchten sofort nach einer Möglichkeit, das auch online bestellen zu können. Wir bestellen es seit langem immer wieder, um uns wie in Südtirol zu fühlen (man kann ja nicht dauernd Urlaub machen). Es ist genauso, wie es sein soll, unregelmäßig geformt, angenehm würzig und knackig.
Beim H+H Shop bekommen wir stets sehr gute Ware und einen prima Service.

*Bei Besuch reiche ich dann dicke Brotscheiben vom deutschen Discounter. Von dem eingesparten Geld kaufe ich gerne das Schüttelbrot. Hmmmmmm

Schüttelbrot kam gut an,war leider zu wenig!da ich seit Jahren nach Südtirol fahre,werde ich demnächst noch mehr mitnehmen,nur ist auf dem Motorrad begrenzt Platz,aber ich kann ja bei Euch nachbestellen,auch wenn es etwas teurer ist!!

My wife and I haven\'t had this bread since we visited the Tyrol in 2001. I surprised her on her birthday and she was soooo happy. She enjoyed every morsel and we will be ordering again. It is just like she remembered.

Sempre molto buono per chi ama lo Schüttelbrot, però ci siamo rimasti un po\' male perché sono tre pezzi piccoli per confezione. Ho cercato apposta che fosse quello di Rabanser di Barbiano perché lo compriamo sempre in un negozio sulla strada all\'inizio della Val Pusteria, dove però il formato è più grande :-)
